	All rooms are billed at double occupancy, with additional 9% sales tax
	Extra persons will be charged $15.00 + tax each

	Rooms rates are based on season, lengths and days of stay, or offered specials Liberty and Justice Suite, $179.00 on Friday and Saturday nights; $155.00 Sunday through Thursday plus 9% tax (6% State Tax, 3% County Tax)   Freedom and Independence Suite, $125.00 plus 9% tax (6% State Tax, 3% County Tax)   Full House booking and extended stay discount rates are          available upon request
	Reservations require a 50% deposit
	Deposits can be made by a major credit card, or by cash, check, or travelers check and sent to: The Patriot House Bed & Breakfast 301 E. Main St. Annville, PA 17003
	Balance is due upon arrival
	Deposits will be forfeited on cancellation
	Children:  Required to be at least 10 years of age
	Check In: 2:00 pm unless arranged otherwise   Guests who request an early arrival will be charged $10.00 per hour for each part of an hour   Flexible check in for business/college travelers
	Check Out: 11:00 a.m. unless arranged otherwise   Flexible check out for business/college travelers
	A hearty gourmet breakfast is served at 8:30 am every morning in our breakfast room Breakfast time can be arranged to accommodate guests ONLY if they have prior engagements/appointments   Special dietary requirements or allergies should be shared when reservations are made
